I don’t hate this place but I did have very many minor/not minor problems throughout my braces journey. When I first got them on they fell off immediately they apologized but it was very dangerous because my braces were hanging out of my mouth and disconnected so it cut my gums so many times and in so many different ways, it had been hurt, bleeding and sore. Now when I got them off I hadn’t really been taught much about the permanent retainers other than flossing and brushing. I didn’t know the glue could come off soon like less than 2 years. I called a day before it turned a year and they said I have to pay 295 to get a new set of different retainers so it’s pretty expensive I get it but I wish I had been told about the retainers more before I got them and left. But I declined and now I’m going to a different place that is way cheaper. So just be aware of that. Other than that the customer service they are very nice and generous, Mr Davis especially.
